TOUR DESCRIPTION

Burj Khalifa is an architectural marvel, and Dubai's pride and honour as well. The Burj Khalifa, being the tallest building in the world, enhanced Dubai's position on the world map. While you can see this towering steely structure from almost anywhere in the world, the Burj Khalifa tour would give you a glimpse into the interiors of the building.

The entrance of the Burj Khalifa is located on the ground floor of the Dubai Mall. The first stage of the tour is the museum on the ground floor, where you get to see the journey of Dubai as well as the Burj Khalifa through an audiovisual presentation. Once this is done, you step into the fastest elevator on earth that would take you to the observation deck - 'At The Top'.

One of the highlights of the Burj Khalifa tour is the view of the city from the observation deck. You get a 360o aerial view of the entire city, including all the buildings, the ocean and the vast desert. The beauty of the view is simply inexplicable. IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Make sure to download and take a printout of your Burj Khalifa entrance ticket from Booking Admin Panel. Merely showing the booking voucher would not give you entry.
  • You can choose among different time slots for your Burj Khalifa tickets. The time slots are available on our website.
  • You have to present the copy of your passport or Emirates ID along with the ticket vouched at the At the Top 'Will Call' counter.
  • The validity of your booking confirmation is only till the date and time mentioned on your ticket. If this date and time lapses, you would not be allowed to go inside the Burj Khalifa.
  • We offer pick up and drop off service only from hotel or residence and not from the airport.
  • The ticket is valid for only one use. It cannot be exchanged, and no refund is available in case you do not use the tickets.
  • A replacement, refund or exchange would not be offered if the tickets are damaged, lost or stolen.
  • The Burj Khalifa entrance tickets cannot be sold individually to an end customer at rates that are lower than the gate price. You can provide discounts if this tour is combined with other products or services. However, the standalone price cannot be lower than the original gate price under any circumstances.
  • The pickup and drop off timings can vary by 30-60 minutes as per your location and traffic conditions.
  • You can opt for sharing transfers from Deira, Bur Dubai and Sheikh Zayed up to Dubai Marina.

BOOKING POLICY

1. Cancellation Policy
  • In case you are eligible to refund, the money would be transferred to your bank account within 7 working days.
  • In case you cancel the tour before 24 hours, 100% of the tour rate would be transferred back to you.
  • In case you cancel the tour within 24 hours, no money would be refunded.
2. Child Policy
  • Children under the age of 4 are considered as infants and are not charged for the entry ticket.
  • Children between the ages of 4 and 12 are considered as child and a child rate is charged for the entry ticket.
  • Children between the age of 12 are considered as adult and have to pay the full adult rate for the entry ticket.
